Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Supervising all work activities.
• Monitoring all job site safety.
• Coordinating all job site production with PM.
• Scheduling and managing all subcontractors, etc.
• Coordinating material ordering and scheduling.
• Logging Daily progress reports.
• Assuring total quality in all aspects of job site production by expected time of completion.

• Relocate before starting work: Goodlettsville, TN 37072 (Required)
• Construction Superintendent: 5 years (Required)
• Construction: 7 years (Required)
