Construction of a new 118,689 sf, 4 story, 385 bed student housing facility with a partial basement level in the southeast corner of the facility on the campus for Murray State University. Construction systems include cast in place concrete, steel structure, steel roof truss system, standing seam metal roofing and modified bitumen roof system, fiberglass windows, GFRP columns & balustrade systems, drywall, ceilings, wood doors, casework, painting, VCT, carpet, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
