The Hopkins County Judicial Center is a 71,000 square foot, two story facility that houses the Circuit and District Courts, Hopkins County Court Clerk’s offices, inmate holding cells, and other administrative offices for Hopkins County. There are 5 courtrooms and an underground walkway connecting the Judicial Center to the Hopkins County Detention Center. It was completed in 19 months. Construction included concrete foundations, structural steel, metal stud framing, brick and stone veneer, drywall, terrazzo, carpet, ceramic tile, painting, standing seam metal roofing, woodwork, elevators, plumbing, HVAC, geothermal, electrical, concrete paving, and pervious concrete paving.
