Gary A. Ransdell Hall, a signature building on Western Kentucky University’s campus, is a three story 120,000 square foot facility. Ransdell Hall features a classical architecture aesthetic. The facility includes an auditorium, offices, classrooms, lecture halls, and a media resource center. In addition, it is the international headquarters of the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children. The facility offers state‐of‐the‐art classroom technology and an abundance of natural light through the three story atrium as well as high quality workmanship throughout the building.
Ransdell Hall is the first building at Western Kentucky University to be built with LEED certification in mind.
The project was awarded LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council.
