Fort Campbell Middle School
Fort Campbell, Kentucky
State-of-the-art educational facility located on the Fort Campbell military installation. This transformative project converted the former Fort Campbell High School into a modern middle school, aligning with the latest DoDEA 21st Century (21C)
The project included:
- 126,000 SF of new construction
- 41,000 SF of building renovations
- 69,000 SF of demolition
The completed school features a wide range of specialized learning and support spaces, including:
- General classrooms
- Gymnasium and auditorium
- Media center and computer lab
- Cafeteria, kitchen, and food service areas
- Art and music rooms
- Special education and learning-impaired support spaces
- Collaborative learning hubs and teacher workrooms
- Counseling and administrative offices
Site improvements included stone columns, helical piles, and compaction grouting, new parking areas, delivery and storage zones, exterior lighting, fencing, landscaping, signage, covered walkways, and updated utility infrastructure.
Size of the Project: 167,000 sf
Final Contract Amount: $60 Million
