This state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing healthcare and support to the region’s veterans. The project involves the construction of a 68-bed nursing home, strategically located in the Kentucky Transpark, off the I-65 Connector and south-east of US HWY 31W along Mizpah Road.
The facility includes three primary buildings: one community/administration building, and two residential “Neighborhood” buildings designed to foster a home-like environment for the residents. The new campus spans approximately 79,000 square feet, with the community building covering 29,000 SF, the residential neighborhood buildings at 47,000 SF, and a 2,600 SF support building.
